QB-80 Enameled Wire Stripping and Twisting Tester

Primarily used to test the adhesion performance of the enamel film on round enameled wires.

·Used to test the enamel film adhesion performance of round enameled wires with a conductor diameter greater than 1.0mm.

·Driven by an AC low-speed synchronous motor, through cylindrical gear transmission, the rotating chuck grips the sample and rotates at a constant speed; since the other sliding chuck grips the sample and cannot rotate, the sample is twisted. When the number of twists reaches the preset value, the instrument automatically stops twisting.

·Utilizes microcontroller control.

·Arbitrarily set the number of twists; LED automatically displays the number of twisting cycles.

·Twist counter is accurate and reliable;

·Uses high-strength steel scraping blades, making operation convenient.
